Explorer's Lens: Northern Canada Extreme Camping

Dave and Deb take on a 100km (65 miles) trek across the frozen Arctic Headwaters of the Missinaibi River. In minus 30 degree weather they follow the old fur trading routes traveling by traditional means. They and their group pulled sleds full of gear over frozen lakes and rivers cutting down trees for firewood, sleeping on spruce bows in a prospectors tent and chipping through ice for water. This is the toughest challenge of this adventure couple's travels.
