Capri is an island located on the south side of the Gulf of Naples in Italy. It is an incredibly touristy place and heavily visited by day trippers from Naples and Sorrento. It's almost ridiculous how crowded some parts of the island are getting during the day. However, with some effort and hiking you can manage to escape the crowds every once in a while. The island itself is rather picturesque and beautiful. Also it helps a lot to stay overnight, since it gets much, much quiter when all the daytrippers have left in the evening... However, enjoy the craziness of this island in 3 minutes.
