Traveling comedy show, Comedy Runway returns to Chinatown on Thursday for a one of a kind comedy fashion show. At the end of each set, the comedian is critiqued by a panel of fashion industry experts on his or her outfit and appearance alone. Fuck the comedy! The witty and well-dressed comedians include Brodie Reed, Pallavi Gunalan, Jil Chrissie and more. Shenanigans begin at 9 p.m. and there's a full bar to help you loosen up your funny bones.

LA RHAPSODY – SUPER MOON/OPUS No. 1
Karchi Perlmann, an LA-based fine-art photographer has a solo exhibition premiering this Saturday at Gallery 825. LA RHAPSODY – SUPER MOON/OPUS No. 1, a 65 ft long and 5 ft high photographic journey of LA through a 270º panoramic cityscape, will wrap around all four gallery walls providing spectators with an unparralled view of the city. Grand Opening Weekend ICA LA
Institute of Contemporary Art Los Angeles is opening its doors to its brand new 12,700 sq ft facility this weekend in the Arts District. Inaugural exhibitions include Martin Ramirez: His Life in Pictures, Another Interpretation, Project Room: Abigail Deville and Sarah Cain, and Now I'm Going to Tell You Everything. It doesn't stop there. There are a series of bilingual tours, Matchsticks and Mashed Potatoes workshops, live performances and dance classes available throughout the weekend. Entry is free, so add a bit of culture to your weekend!

Shop small and support local businesses and makers this Saturday at Artists and Fleas, a multi-merchant marketplace, in Venice. Our friend Alivacious will be there! It's a radical place for shoppers to find unique designs, original pieces and vintage collector items. Hell, HGTV named it one of the "Must Visit Artist Co-ops and Markets" in the US.
