When cruising down the Sunset Strip this weekend, and every day until February 28, you can catch Nancy Baker Cahill's first public art exhibit. Be careful not to crash your ride, but for the very first time, abstract digital paintings cycle through a series of immersive virtual reality drawings. With the help of Drive Studios and IF Innovation Foundation, Nancy has created an original design and sound aiming to provoke emotion, self-reflection and disruption of the mundane day to day living.

Art Los Angeles Contemporary 2018
Art Los Angeles Contemporary returns to the West Coast for its ninth year this weekend. Participants include established and emerging galleries from around the world, with a strong focus on local LA galleries. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a skate ramp installation where professional skaters are showing off their sickest tricks. Beyond these events, the fair is debuting the ALAC Music Series with headlining performances by Freestyle Fellowship on Friday at Zebulon.

PST: LA/LA continues to celebrate and explore Latin American and Latino art in the city of Los Angeles. To show its low, LACMA presents a special art and music concert with Chicano singer Chris Montez and DJ/documentarian Melissa "Lil Smiley" Dueñas. After Dueñas spins songs from East Side Story, a panel moderated by Vincent Ramos will discuss the Los Angeles Chicano music scene in the 70s and 80s.
