Where: Los Angeles
What: Food PlaceList
Who: If you were to roll into The Church Key late one evening buzzed off of brews and bull riding (hey, Saddle Ranch ain’t all bad), Executive Chef Ryan Ososky would happily fry you up some brown-butter glazed donuts to coat your stomach. A late-night eating veteran himelf, Ryan is partial to danger dogs and doesn't let a night of caloric debauchery bring him down. “If you’re out late night eating, you’re probably drunk and don’t care about eating healthy. Just wake up the next day, drink some green juice and run it off,” says the guilt-free chef. So whether you're sloshed, or simply famished after another seven-episode-binge of "Scandal", Ryan has prepared the low-down on his favorite late-night grub.

Tatsu Ramen
Fairfax, $$
Ryan Ososky: I love this spot for ramen for several reasons: it’s open late, it’s tasty and truthfully I often just DoorDash it to meet me at my house after work!
Daikokuya Ramen
Multiple locations, $$
RO:This is also another fantastic ramen spot. I love the gyoza! The fried rice is amazing as well. It’s in walking distance after work which is a huge plus.
800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria
Multiple locations, $$
RO: This is one of my favorite pizza places in LA because I love Napoletana-style pizza. Chef Anthony Carron is genius!
No Name Club
Fairfax, $$$
RO: This hidden gem on Fairfax is a great place for food, drink and live music. Chef Jared Simons also creates a very tasty beef tartare!
Pinches Tacos
Multiple locations, $
RO: I love Pinches Tacos and the Anaya Bros. The potato flautas are a must, or the al pastor quesadilla – my faves!
Kang Ho-Dong Baekjeong
Koreatown, $$
RO: Koreatown has a bunch of late night spots. Kang Ho Dong tips the hat to some delish Korean BBQ.
B.S. Taqueria
DTLA, $$
RO: Chef Ray Garcia is a mastermind behind these delicious tacos and drinks. The pickled bologna tacos are unbelievable, as is the Borracho Gazpacho cocktail.
Black Market Liquor Bar
Studio City, $$
RO: Always a great spot to eat and drink. Love the mussel dish. Since moving up in the hills it’s even more convenient for me!
Jones Hollywood
West Hollywood, $$
RO: This old school Italian spot is another great longtime LA hangout. The vibe is awesome—it’s dark, plays great music and I dig the pizza and orecchiette pasta.
