What: PlaceList
Who: Talia Hubble started her blog,
tandtour, after a month-long trip to Europe. The travel blogger has a killer Instagram feed filled with memories from her experiences in Los Angeles and far beyond that speak to the young adventure seekers among her followers. When she’s home in LA and desires a quick getaway, Hubble often finds herself in Palm Springs where she visits botanical gardens, shops at a Moroccan fashion boutique and brunches on perfect French toast.
“Palm Springs is the perfect local getaway for laid-back desert lovers who want to sip cocktails and appreciate mid-century modern architectural treasures. There’s also something magical about an easy getaway—no stress packing and no need for planning. All you need is a swimsuit, your sunnies, and some SPF. Reservations are easy and the drive isn’t too long—it’s seamless," says Talia.
