Where: Los Angeles
What: Wine Bar PlaceList
Who: Meet Matt Bostick, beverage director at Baldoria, the perfect place to pop in for a pizza and a round of drinks when in Little Tokyo. Previously the sommelier at Osteria Mozza, Matt has a “big nose,” but not an upturned one. “Wine is supposed to be fun!” he declares. In other words, you don’t need to be a snob to enjoy good wine. Below are some of the places you might catch him ordering a bottle of his favored French Château La Croix-Davids 2012.
