After years of flirtation and rumor, chef David Chang has finally made his Los Angeles debut with Majordōmo, and the result is stellar. The menu is more Korean-heavy than any of his other Momo kitchens, and dishes like the short rib, stuffed peppers and black cod are already sparking serious buzz. And though 2018 may have just started, we predict Majordomo will top many of the year’s-best lists.
