One of the most exciting and innovative galleries in LA today, 356 Mission was founded in 2013 by artist Laura Owens, Ooga Booga bookstore founder Wendy Yao, and gallerist Gavin Brown. The space hosts a constantly rotating list of exhibitions with an exciting roster of artists. The current show by Charlemagne Palestine (on view through April 15) is something of a bizarro trip into your childhood stuffed-animal fantasies.
